This blog is the ever-changing creation of undergraduate students enrolled in Communication 350: Practices of Cultural Studies at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. On this site, you’ll find robust discussions between students on the project of Cultural Studies, related intellectual work, and a host of contemporary issues. Research projects carried out be students in the class are also documented here. The course is currently in it’s inaugural semester and was designed not only to provide students with a historical, theoretical, and methodological grounding in Cultural Studies, but also to prepare students for the university’s new undergraduate major.
